Another year goes by and many experiences filled and molded our lives. Too many to count but here are some that we’d like to share with you from some of our students. Hopefully they’ll contribute to inspire you to pause and reflect on how 2024 was for you.

This year I had the opportunity to travel abroad after 40 years and the experience was wonderful. I went to Las Vegas, a place full of lights, colors and flavors, but the most important thing is that I had the opportunity to practice the English language and its different having to communicate in a language different from yours!
I also visited the Great Canyon and learned a lot about the original cultures of the United States and how in their territories the laws apply very differently.
Las Vegas is a place you have to visit at least once in your life. Even if you don’t like casinos there are many activities and each hotel has its charm. Also bring some comfortable shoes because you will walk so much that a nail can fall off your toes!
FERNANDO CONSTANTINO. IELTS/CC AM AND BUSINESS GROUPS.
Well, this medal has a lot of history: during Holy Week I hadn’t trained the first week because I had travelled with my family. On the way back, my coach told me about this selective tournament of open waters for CONADE nationals and he offered me the opportunity to go. I accepted but the only problem was that I would only have two days to train.
The big day arrived and there are many things that they don’t tell you before swimming in open waters: first of all, you can’t even see the bottom of the water, it’s sometimes very worrying not to see the bottom. They don’t tell you that your shoulders are going to start hurting like never before due to the extra strength you need to swim on waves and to try to overtake the other swimmers. They don’t tell you that they’re going to cover you with Vaseline to avoid skin rashes and sunscreen to avoid burns. Believe me, despite all this, it was an unbeatable experience and, even though I only had two days of training beforehand, I managed to qualify for the CONADE nationals in 4th place… And would I do it again? Maybe not, but if the opportunity presented itself, I would think about it, since I don’t swim in a lake every day!!!

It’s the right time to remember the successes, learnings, stumbles, falls…
This year was an exciting time to grow, to live, to enjoy… I sometimes had difficult moments but I’m here and It’s a chance to try again.
I love spending time with my family and all moments with them are magical. But the most fun was our trip to Puerto Vallarta. We had an interesting experience enjoying the trip, the hotel, delicious food, beach, sand and rainy days. I think that the place isn’t important when you can be with the correct people.
Thanks 2024. you took a lot of my life but you brought exciting things too.
ALEJANDRA LOPEZ BAEZ. BUSINESS SATURDAY GROUP.
This year has been filled with many months of experience and learning. I was fortunate to have another year of life with my family and friends. One of the highlights of this year was the many places I had the chance to visit, which gave me unforgettable moments that I will treasure forever. I went on multiple beach trips, attended many concerts, explored new cafes, and found amazing places to eat and have fun. I spent great moments with my friends, and most importantly, I gave myself the opportunity to learn more about myself and identify areas where I can improve.🥰
2024 brought challenges to our lives but also many learning experiences and opportunities to grow and to share with our loved ones. So thank you! for these 12 months, and looking forward to embracing 2025!
Happy holidays everyone!
