Cancino
Last weekend, I went out with some friends to Cancino Restaurant in San Ángel, Mexico City. We ordered two pizzas: one with sausage, which was slightly spicy, and the other with serrano ham and arugula. Both were delicious. We drank red wine, and the atmosphere was great. The waitstaff were all friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Cancino Restaurant for its excellent service and delicious food.
Ikebana teppan: Querétaro
My boyfriend and I love going to Ikebana Teppan at Antea in Querétaro. The service is fast and friendly. As for the food, the teppanyaki (meat with sautéed vegetables) and yakimeshi are my favorite dishes because the ingredients are of the highest quality. We went last weekend and ordered those dishes, along with kushiages for starters. The cocktails are great, especially the Baileys Turin. I’ve only tried one dessert, the brownie with ice cream, which I like because it’s perfectly sweet. So far, I haven’t been disappointed at all. I highly recommend it because the food is delicious, and the service is excellent.
Bristo Bisquet: Querétaro
In August, my team, Queridas, and I visited Bistro Bisquet Terraza, a restaurant in front of Querétaro’s Arches. I had a bisquet with spinach, tomatoes, and cheese, and it was very delicious. I drank green juice, which wasn’t very cold, but still good. Patty had a French bisquet, and it was delicious too. That morning, I didn’t have dessert because I had already eaten the French bisquet. I highly recommend Bistro Bisquet Terraza for their fantastic bisquets and very friendly service.
Pho mama San: Mexico city
Pho is a traditional Vietnamese soup made with a flavorful broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat—typically beef or chicken. The broth is slowly simmered with aromatic spices, and the dish is often garnished with fresh ingredients like lime and cilantro, allowing for customizable flavors. It’s a beloved street food in Vietnam, enjoyed at any time of day, known for its comforting taste. Finding an authentic pho restaurant can be challenging, but I recently discovered this outstanding spot. The service was exceptional, and they offered both fried and steamed Vietnamese rolls, along with one of the best ramen dishes I’ve ever tried. They also serve an amazing strawberry Calpis. I highly recommend this place if you’re near La Roma in Mexico City.
